MLS CITATION POLICY
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
Attention IVAR Members
Effective
May 15, 2008, the MLS Compliance Department
will begin sending all MLS Citation Policy
notices to you via email. The notices will be
sent to the listing agent (subscriber), office
manager and/or broker of record (participant).
Emails for
Notices of Warning will also have a PDF
attachment that will include a copy of the MLS
listing in question for your review and the
proposed changes that need to be made. Emails
for Notices of Fine Assessments will have a
PDF attachment that will include the MLS
listing and the necessary forms for requesting
an Administrative Review and a Hearing before
Professional Standards.
Since
there are strict timelines for responding to
the Notices of Warning, you should check your
email daily. Additionally, it is your
responsibility to IMMEDIATELY notify
the Association of any change to your email
address.

Leadership
Program
The
Community Leader Program is part of IVAR’s overall
image enhancement
program. We will collect information from our
members about their civic and charitable volunteer
efforts, and then place newspaper advertisements to
demonstrate to the public that REALTORS® care, are
good neighbors, and build better communities.
